Your contract determines how many hours you should work with Flink each week. We offer you a range of contract options so that you can choose the one that best suits you, your lifestyle and your schedule.
The contract options are as follows:

Note: You must notify us of your availability for a total of 150% of your contracted weekly working hours. This way, we can take into account everyone’s preferences.
For example, if your contract specifies a working time of 24 hours, in shift planning, instead of 24 hours, you enter 36 hours in which you are available in the planned period.
If you are interested in changing your existing Flink contract, ask your Hub Manager to submit a contract change request. You should then receive feedback on this request in a number of weeks.
