How to Download Quinyx.
You can access your account in 3 simple steps.
1. Download the app
- Click here for Play store for android
- Click here for App store for IOS
2. Login using the email you used throughout your application process at Flink.
3. If you had not set up a password before, click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset it.

How to book your first Onboarding Shift.
Not sure how to book your shift? Follow these steps to get started!
Step 1: Download the Quinyx App on App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Create your account in QUINYX with your email address and click “Forgot password”.
Step 3: Open Up your QUINYX app and head to “Schedule”.
Step 4: Look for a shift called “Onboarding Shift”.
Step 5: Choose the shift time you would like by clicking “Book Shift”.
Step 6: Done! You can check your shift by heading back to your “Schedule”.

What is Quinyx?
Quinyx is our shift scheduling app and a very important tool for you to use. Once you sign your contract, you should receive an e-mail with the instructions for signing in. If you don't receive it within 1 hour after signing, please contact Workforce Support. Each hub has its own shift assignments to access and view surrounding the scheduling.
As Quinyx is our scheduling tool, you can:
- View the schedule and apply for open shifts
- Submit Notices of Interest (availability)
- View your approved punches (worked time)
- Apply for absences and view Time Trackers (vacation balance)
