Hub Manager
The Hub Manager keeps everything running like clockwork. They’re in charge of overall hub operations, lead the team, and handle big-picture stuff like hiring, shift planning, and managing time-off requests.
Shift Lead/OA+
Shift Leads are the go-to people for keeping things fast and smooth during your shift. They make sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time — helping us keep our promise of super-fast delivery.
Pickers/Ops Associates

Focus on inventory and quality. They help with receiving goods, checking stock levels, and making sure everything’s fresh and organized.

Handle incoming orders. They pick, pack, and hand off each one to Riders — and help out around the hub with tasks like shelf restocking and keeping things tidy.
Riders
That’s you! Riders take the final step — getting orders to our customers quickly and safely. When you’re not on the road, you’ll lend a hand with tasks around the hub and support the team wherever needed.
