EU Citizens
If you are an EU citizen, we need your National ID card or passport for identification purposes.
Non-EU Citizens
If you are a Non-EU citizen, we need your passport of origin for identification purposes.
If you have been issued a passport replacement card (Ausweisersatz) by the German government, you can upload this instead of an original passport.
TIP: It is highly recommended to use an office scanner to provide good-quality documents. Each document should be scanned separately. It is important to scan both sides of your documents without a background, shades, and objects such as your fingers and pens.
