How to set my Availability on the Quinyx App

 

What is Availability?

 

Availability is a Quinyx feature that helps you notify the shift planning system and your hub manager of the days and the hours you would like to work. 

 

Note: you can set your availability one day after you completed your onboarding shift. 

 

What happens if I don’t set Availabilities or I do not set enough?

 

When setting your availability in Quinyx, make sure it's aligned with your contracted hours. 

 

Note: it is recommended to set your availability for at least 50% more (5-10 hours more) than your contracted hours, to ensure you get the shifts you want each week (this will help the system better allocate shifts for you). 

 

How do I set my Availability? 

  1. Open your Quinyx App

  3. From the menu, select the Availability Option

  1. Select your desired range of days in the calendar (usually the upcoming week)
  2. Click on the ‘+’ button in the top right corner

  1. Fill in the ‘Add availability’ form to fit your preferences.

7. You can check the selected hours back in the ‘Availability’ Option for the selected range.

8. The process is completed!

 

 

What happens after I set my Availabilities?

Once your availability is successfully set up, please review that it’s fitting your desired days and hours. Any further questions or availability changes can be handled by your Hub Manager.
