Can I swap my shift with a colleague in Quinyx?
- Open the schedule tab in Quinyx and select the shift you would like to swap
- Select “Swap shift” bottom page
- Select an employee to swap with - this will generate a request for your manager to approve
- Once approved, both you and your selected colleague will be notified - you check see your request status on the “Shift swap request” tab
Note: please try to swap your shift as soon as possible if you are not able to come, and discuss the option with your fellow riders in advance. All swaps require manager approval.
