How do I cancel my booked shift (making it available for my colleagues)?
If you change your mind about your booked shift, you can cancel it and make it available again to your colleagues who can bid for it in the Quinyx app.
Here is how:
- Select the day you want to make your shift available from the schedule tab
- Click on that shift
- Click on the option at the bottom of the screen: “Make Available”
- Your colleagues are now able to take on your shifts - you'll also be notified if someone else gets assigned your shift. Until then, the shift will continue to be yours.
